Finding Moonlight & Pines Bed & Breakfast

Nestled within mature forest at the foot of one of the many Ganaraska trails, and surrounded by gardens, Moonlight & Pines Bed & Breakfast sits high on a hillside overlooking a spectacular vista to distant Lake Ontario.

Our B&B is situated within 200 meters of the new Ganaraska Forest Centre, from which all the trails begin. The Forest is divided into three prime areas. Our B&B is situated just south of the centrally located passive use area, which does not allow motorized vehicles. Access to the East & West Forests, for motorized activity, is still very easy from our location.

We are also a short driving distance from historic Port Hope, home to numerous antique dealers, several artists and, until his recent death, Farley Mowat, a celebrated Canadian author.

The Forest perimeter extends eastward from the boundary shown on Google Maps to County Rd.#10. The outlines of the Central Passive Use Area & the East Forest are not yet shown on Google Maps.
